Business Assistance for Successful Enterprise... BASE

BASE promotes job creation by helping individual businesses identify the concerns and barriers to survival and growth that their business faces.

BASE provides a team approach which includes a Business Coach and 30 person volunteer Mentorship Team with a wealth of experience, skills and networks. Their contribution of mentorship, agency contacts and links to professional advice are provided at no cost to the individual.

This positive team approach will assist new business startups and local business expansion. As well they will assist in the survival of struggling businesses. In doing so, the community has an increased capacity to meet the challenges of changing economic and social conditions.

Available to residents of the Oceanside area, program funding is provided by sponsor donations and used 100% in the direct delivery of coaching services. Overhead costs are covered by in-kind donations.
